For the 14th year running, the Ifop Group is partnering with Stratégies for the Grand Prix Stratégies du Luxe.
Ifop Luxe carried out an exclusive study « Luxury Trend Report », analysing trends in the sector as seen by luxury professionals (Luxury Houses, Agencies, Media….).
The results were revealed and commented by Stéphane Truchi at the awards ceremony, held on December 7, 2023 at the Pavillon Wagram in Paris.
The main insights presented :
- Overall stable dynamics for the various luxury goods categories, except for gastronomy/fine foods and wines/spirits (a slow down is highlighted).
- Slower growth in China and international conflicts top the list of threats to the sector.
- India: a promising growth market, yet underdeveloped, despite a strong luxury culture and a young generation sensitive to Western luxury.
- Artificial Intelligence is one everyone’s lips, registering record topic scores…
