Among the various work transformation issues facing employees in the future, AI continues to dominate this year, ahead of work-related reforms and current difficulties on the job market. Faced with these main challenges, employees are divided between a wait-and-see attitude and a reflection on their professional future.
Career development is less and less associated with obtaining a better salary, although this association is still predominant. Against this backdrop, an ever-increasing number of employees continue to envisage career development within the next 2 years.
While the majority of employees would still prefer to evolve within their current sector of activity and/or company, this year has seen a certain revival of interest in more disruptive career paths. And these desires for change remain conditional on obtaining better remuneration.
