With summer forecast to be particularly hot, Hydratis called on Ifop’s Omnibus expertise to conduct an unprecedented survey of French hydration practices. The result: a veritable paradox.
While 94% of French people believe it is important to stay well hydrated, 78% do not meet recommended water consumption levels. This is a worrying fact, given that hydration is seen as one of the three essential pillars of well-being, alongside sleep and diet.
The study also highlights major discrepancies according to age and gender: women are more attentive to their consumption than men, as are younger people compared to seniors.
