A means of identifying actionable triggers

Resolutely oriented towards facilitating decision-making, the objective of Ifop’s qualitative studies is to untangle the complexity to identify relevant actionable triggers. For this purpose, results are contextualised by intersecting:

- in-depth analysis of what interviewed targets say (consumers, citizens, professionals,…) in focus groups, triads, individual interviews, or online quali

- and profound understanding of the context from which these comments emerge via strategic planning, (interviews with experts, competitive review, benchmark, desk research…) and associated information (society and consumer trends, exploration of webosphere, semiotic analysis, ethnological observation…)
